1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in cases of:
- Incorrect product delivery
- Transit damage
- Missing items
Supporting photo or video proof must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products:
- Food products (powders & pickles) are non-returnable once opened
- Cow dung cakes are non-returnable unless damaged during transit
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days, subject to bank/Razorpay timelines.
5. No Refund Scenarios
- Change of preference or taste
- Delayed delivery without product damage
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
